Strategies:

a) Read the question and analyse the topic.

b) Stop or pause each sentence that is difficult to understand.

c) Listen as many times as possible especially with more than one speaker.

Evaluation:

I always find difficulties with my listening in the first try but after two or three trials, I am getting better. I get confused when the speaker used different word and I really need to analyse or consult the dictionary.

Reflection:

The more I listened and answered the exercises the more I get better. So this textbook and cd helps me a lot.

Strategies:

a) Listening for the main idea.
b) Pausing each sentences that I can not understand.
c) Use the dictionary to understand.

Evaluation:

a) I could easily understand the main idea if I knew something about the topic.
b) Good thing about pausing you have a chance to understand the word or analyse the pronunciation.

Reflection:

Listening to the podcast is really great because you can choose anything you most appreciate. The most important about listening is that you interested with the topic.
